The kitchen is fully fitted with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge and separate freezer, washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, toaster and kettle. 

The open-plan lounge/diner offers plasma TV with multi-channel satellite television, DVD player, an electric wall-mounted fireplace with remote control. The dining area caters for up to 6 adults. The property is centrally heated throughout with front and rear door access.
