Located in the heart of Portpatrick, Bute Cottage sleeps up to 7 adults with the option of double and/or twin rooms. The third-floor bedroom can accommodate up to 3 adults. The second floor offers two bedrooms and separate bathroom with bath, shower, wash basin and WC. All linen and towels are provided. Optional housekeeping services are also available.
The kitchen is fully fitted with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge and separate freezer, washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, toaster and kettle. The open-plan lounge/diner offers plasma TV with multi-channel satellite TV, DVD player, an electric wall-mounted fireplace with remote control, CD player with iPod docking and radio.
The dining area caters for up to 8 adults. The property is centrally heated throughout with front and rear door access. All properties are non-smoking.
